Most of you know I don’t watch TV – except for the occasional tennis match. Sure have been watching a lot of it this primary season, though. Fun to watch Barack pile up the scores – I’ve always liked a blowout better than a close match, and he is certainly pouring it on.
Usually when my friends and I are watching the results coming in, we switch from station to station. Last night we stayed with MSNBC, so I got a good look at the entire crew. It’s amazing and wonderful that a pretty mainstream station has such a decidedly progressive twist.
Keith Olbermann, whose rants I had heard about and never seen, was definitely on. The other commentators were also interesting and aggressive about their opinions. At one moment, they were all talking at the same time – they were all agreeing with each other and their various points, but were so excited that all the voices were going at once.
A good mix of commentators, lots of smart fun. But one commentator, whose name I’m sure I should kn0w, was picking on a Texas legislator / supporter of Barack, who could not name legislation Barack had passed. Pretty mean spirited.
Wonder if he’ll be in the same seat for the March 4 primary, or if he’ll be in a less conspicuous position. Hmmmmmm…..
