You just wouldn’t think an hour’s difference would be that important! And on Sunday, when the time changes and we’re presented with that extra hour – it’s heavenly! Enough time to get everything done, and be relaxed while doing it.
Monday morning is good, too. It’s 6 a m to my body, but the clock says 5 – so I can meditate for a while, and still get up early. And then Monday night, I can stay up later than usual, ’cause of the time change. Until today, after I came back home. Totally out of energy, and too wired to nap or to meditate. I just kept myself going at a slow ebb until I had a bit more energy.
Don’t know how Wednesday will be – looks like a simple day on my calendar. Hopefully, by Thursday, all my cells have gotten themselves comfy with the new regimen – we’ll all be a lot happier.
