And Now I Am Cooking (aros #15)

January 20, 2011 By admin

This is a most unusual day. Am just totally focused on each task I’ve taken on, absolutely needing to do each. Though there is by now some overlap, with Christmas items needing to be packed up here, and other beautiful stuff waiting to be put back into its most-of-the-year place over there.

And now I am cooking. Have roasted a pumpkin, to be mashed with butter and onion, and go back into the oven with goat cheese on top. Have steamed that head of cabbage that’s been waiting, and am now cooking the beets that have been asking to be prepared. Not sure what I’ll do next with them.
