I am still feeling mellow from Egypt’s so peaceful and non-violent revolution. It’s amazing how many folk have to go right into worry-worry mode. Let’s let the joy of the moment soak in.
I am loving how the Egyptians are handling it. First they sleep. Then they go right back and clean the square, paint the curbs, sweep around the tanks, sweep most of the town. Then they went back to celebrating for a while. And now they’re mostly going home, with that glow still all around them.
The bad news is Algieria using violence on its protesters today. The additional good news is that the Palestinians will be having a vote soon. And all the other Middle Eastern states are pondering, which is a good thing. The Algerians may do a little re-thinking themselves – happy people have better economies than repressed folk.
Thank You, Spirit / All That Is! Amazing!
