Japan

April 5, 2011 By pgarry

The agony of Japan. The strength and courage of her people. One of the most amazing things I noticed, just 3 or 4 days after the earthquake and tsunami, was that the streets were clear and clean. Where the shaking and then the water had left piles of debris and splinters of houses scattered haphazardly everywhere – the streets were clean and walkable. There were still stacks and heaps, but folk were able to walk where they wanted to go.

That would have made me feel better, if I lived there. Like there was still order in the world, all was not hopeless, an organized life can return.

And then there was the email late last week from Dr. Emoto, the Japanese scientist and teacher who showed us some years ago the beautiful water crystals formed while love was being sent, and the non-crystals which happened when negativity was sent to water. He asked all of us around the world, at 12 noon our time on March 31, to say three times to the water of Fukushima nuclear plant – We are sorry to make you suffer. Please forgive us. We thank you and we love you.

So many of us were glad to have something to do in the face of this immense tragedy. This little prayer and sending of energy can be useful in so many situations. We are so powerful when we simply focus on sending love and support / Reiki / healing / positive energy to every situation, personal and / or global. Don’t hesitate to use your power when your heart is called to respond.
