For me, Halloween basically begins the day after Labor Day! I love the beautiful, spooky, silly and fun signs and symbols of the season.
I have a witch on the front door, one in the back hall, a rug with a cornucopia and one with a witch, a bat hanging from the ceiling, Halloween books on the coffee table. And, my favorite of all, a Halloween tree with black and orange and silver leaves.
Halloween and harvest stuff can be seen pretty much everywhere you look. I’m already reading my wonderful Halloween Tarot deck, and wearing the Halloween earrings and bracelets and pins I’ve collected. Pretty soon the witchy t-shirts, including one from Salem, and the green socks with pumpkins and black cats will be washed and ready to go.
Wheeee! Magic is in the air!
