The First Day of the Expo!

November 19, 2011 By pgarry

The new Sharonville Convention Center is wonderful looking, and works well. It is huge, and seems even bigger, since all of us – readers, healers, vendors – are all on one floor. The energy when we’re all together is enormous. I love it – the day glides by, everthing works out easily, good will on every side. Lighthawk’s music drifted through the entire place, as did Douglas Blue Feather’s later on – a wonderful background.

I got some wonderful Christmas shopping done. Interesting socks for lots of folk (I bought myself a pair of owl socks!), some wonderful pendulums for others. A possible chrysoprase pendant as a Christmas present from myself to myself tomorrow – ; >.

Got lots of hugs from people all day long, before, after and during readings. I always feel like the Expo is just a really big party Victor gives so I can spend time and get love from all my friends.

I sold the first of my new books at Cafe Moca as we were having breakfast there this morning. Sold several more during the day. Francine and I signed one for our great illustrator, Pic Michel. And several folk went from one to the other of us to make sure we all signed their copies.

Tomorrow at 4 pm is Right Brain / Left Brain’s official debut, as Francine and I give a seminar about it, with time at the Book Signing Table after. Whoot! Hoot! Sure is gonna be a fun day.
