So – the garage.? We know how they get, when only used to get from the car into the house.? And then – my son Brian stayed here after he bought his new house, which needed major rehab.? And moved in all kinds of stuff, which stayed here after he left – and that was two years ago.
In addition to which, the entire downstairs felt like it had become a storage area.? And I want to teach classes there again.
So my friend Shaheen was in New York last quarter as part of his co-op in fashion design at UC.? And now he’s back.? And he’s willing to return to cleaning.? So we’ve added an hour or so on to the time he spends here, and are working together to reclaim that space.
The downstairs living room was clean, and waiting to be put back together, last time.? And this time, we have almost one entire side of the garage looking neat and tidy.? Next time, we’ll put the living room back to its comfortable self, bookcases, rugs and all.
Nemetona is, no doubt, proud.? She is the Goddess of Sacred Space.? A Celtic Goddess, her name means sacred grove.? As I often remind folk during classes, wherever we are is sacred space, which needs to be respected / treated as a powerful and nurturing place for us to continue to grow and learn.? Energy can get cluttered from our monkey minds as well as from our busy-ness.? And then the house gets cluttered, too.
When I pulled a Goddess Guidance card a few minutes ago, I thought I’d get Nemetona.? Instead, the Green Tara showed up – with the message to Start Delegating.? I’m glad I had already gotten Shaheen scheduled to keep coming over.
