I wore make up when I was young – maybe 19 or 20, til I was late 20s. I could never stand how it made my skin feel – like it / I couldn’t breathe. So I quit, except for mascara and lipstick. And then eventually, I gave up lipstick. I kept using mascara, which makes my eyes really stand out – which they do pretty well on their own anyway.
I’ve always used lots of moisturizers, lotions, stayed out of the sun and used spf 50.
But suddenly I am investigating make up, 50 years later. I wandered in to TZone, have a friend who sells Mary Kay and another who loves Aveda – checking them out. An esthetician friend taught me how to put on make up.
Smooth and not shiny seems to be what I’m about. So far, my brain isn’t itching me about lipstick.
