Klingons at the Art Academy
One of my best Christmas presents to myself this year – trekking to the Art Academy for A Klingon Christmas Carol. Hilariously funny, wonderfully staged, great costumes and characters, terrific Klingon language and supertitles – and Squ’ja is still a sad character, whether the issue is love of money or lack of a warrior’s honor and credentials. Tiny Tim was a wonderful puppet – and the narrator was a Vulcan.
What more was needed? Well – getting to take pix with the cast afterwards. Then it was totally perfect. I love folk who go all the way to make their dreams come true. Thanks, Michael Hall and your entire team. Hurray!
